Mull over it.

Nowadays, the situation and climate in the Indian Parliament is precarious and in peril. Every party is ready to storm and burst into the ruling party and the government is doing everything to woo the opposition parties who are trying to engulf the government and to evade from the opposition's questions. The opposition parties have got their golden and relishing chance which is no less than an accomplishment and for the ruling parties, the situation is worst and is exaggerating and aggravating day by day. The winter session of the parliament is going to be a very divisive and full of animosity.
 Opposition parties are busy in encircling the ruling party and portraying the whole India, the dereliction of duty being conducted by the Government Of India and the most stormy issue is the corruption and scams conducted different ministries and ministers of the government. And in retaliation the ruling party is busy in retaliation and taking revenge by imposing all its bad works on the opposition parties. BJP(Bhartiya Janata Party) and CPM want to have a voting on the FDI(Foreign Direct Investment) and Mamatadi is in the hunt of a chance and opportunity on which she can emerge out into the limelight and pass a no-confidence motion against the government.
  On the first day, the parliament's  winter session saw an adjournment after a bitter discussion. Both the house of the parliament (Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha) were adjourned.
If the parliament doesn't function even one day, the whole nation has to pay a humongous cost and there is a very blatant probability of a sine die logjam.
No one says that the opposition parties should not ask the questions from the ruling parties, they inevitably have that right, because they are in the world's largest democracy but notwithstanding having a logjam in the parliament,  the ruling as well as opposition parties should think and mull over these matters and apples of discord in a shroud and witty manner instead of tussling like small children.
They should think of a solution to these problems and should have a common agreement.
How can India function if the parties don't reach any accord and covenant or concur with each other?
 THINK OVER IT otherwise the whole country has to bear the consequences of all these things.

There is no one for you

Mamata Banerjee has been a dissent for the government since she abandoned the UPA. She is going against the government and is doing everything that would do bad to the government. She is protesting the reduction and curtailment in the number of subsidized cylinders and then she took the protest to FDI(Foreign Direct Investment). Initially the government was saying or retorting as she was of immense and enormous assistance to the government but now as the government got new allies, the government got fed up of TMC's (Trinamool Congress) Mamata Banerjee and commenced retorting the TMC, even the Government in the reshuffle gave many ministries to Mamta's foes in the Bengal.
But now as I have mentioned earlier, her latest move is alleging the government of FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) and now she has resorted to full protest against the government. She has also started to startegise her strategy of engulfing the government from every side so that nothing is left. She wants to pass a no-confidence motion against the government so as to uproot the government from the root but there is a problem. No political party whether BJP, CPM etc. is with the TMC in passing the no-confidence motion. But Mamatadi is not ready to even listen to someone, just like she has been in the previous years. Although she has no support in passing the motion, but still she is accusing the government very stupendously and doesn't want to forsake her desire to pass the motion.

At last, I would like to conclude that nothing is going to happen unless Mamatadi has support of other Congress's opponent. So, make them be with you or otherwise don't do anything otherwise that would be total wastage of time.

A GREAT SOUL

On 17th of November a great soul left and abandoned us all behind and went to the heaven forsaking us all with only the memories. His memories will always be there in our heart but the greatest grief is that "THE TIGER" has left us.
Balasaheb Keshav Thackrey was born on 23 January 1926 to  Keshav Sitaram Thackeray. He commenced his career as a cartoonist and also attained a lot of fame due to his wonderful and spellbinding cartoons with English Language Daily THE FREE PRESS JOURNAL but left in 1960 to start his own political weekly MARMIK. His political theory and ideology was immensely influenced by his father Keshav Sitaram Thackrey, a great name and a leading figure in Samyukta Maharashtra Movement (Unified Maharashtra Movement). Through Marmik Mr. Balasaheb Thackrey campaigned against the growing influence of Gujaratis, Marwaris and South Indians in Maharashtra and in 1966 he formed the Shiv Sena Party to enter into the politics and here starts the career of the acclaimed and famed "TIGER". Although On July 28, 1999 Thackeray was banned from voting and contesting in any election for six years from December 11, 1999 till December 10, 2005 on the recommendations of the Election Commission but still he portrayed active involvement in the politics. He was outspoken and candid but he was a great man. He always played every game of life with great power and seriousness. But his image was tarnished when people started considering him as a Hindu Orthodox and a foe to all other religions. But he was a great person who was always wonderful.

The most vital and crucial thing that you can have in your life is "YOUR LIFE". But the foremost and principal question that arises in our mind when talking about the life is “WHO gave you this wonderful, splendid and pleasant life.” The answer for that question is a woman. The one who always does everything for you but never ponders about her needs. The one who forsakes all her desires to fulfil your needs. But her needs are hardly accosted. She is a creature having the highest ability and dexterity in this whole universe but still her securities and needs are not considered and she also pushes back all her needs and does everything for us. She is definitely a unique creature whose role is intolerable and unbearable. And her role is impossible to be imagined and is of beggars description. If she is not here, we humans can’t sustain, we can’t be even here on this earth. Any work in the universe is not dispensable if a woman is not here. It is impossible to overemphasize the role she plays in the lives of people, who depends on her for their day to day life. She is someone’s daughter, wife, mother, sister etc. and still we don’t think about her. But now the time has come where we need to stop ourselves and have a glance at her queries and problems.
  Nowadays with the changing times, her problems have also hiked and reached to the crest. And one of these prominent and alarming problems is “BREAST CANCER”. 
These days, this problem is increasing at an alarming rate. In the urban India, it is the most common cancer found in women ahead of cancer of the cervix. And now is the need to address this cancer to prevent the loss of our beloved ones. But to address this problem you should know your body first. Be aware of your body and know yourself. The more you care about yourself, the more will you refrain from this problem. Women over the age of 40 may undergo a baseline screening of mammogram and then once 2 or 3 years. For women over the age of 50, annual mammogram may be useful in picking up abnormalities early. High risk women with a very strong family history of breast cancer should undergo and screen with annual mammogram. This would be very useful in catching the cancer at a very early stage. Breast cancer is also common in women who smoke, so the women who smoke should have the mammogram in a very early stage in order to check whether they are at risk or not. Diet also plays a very crucial role in the Breast Cancer. Hig fat diets, unbalanced diets, obesity and iodine deficient diets also exaggerate the cancer. Other risk factors comprise of radiation and shift work.
A good combination of clinical examination, imaging and pathology will be the best thing to do. Here are some symptoms that you should look on very seriously:-
Presence of Cancer:-
1. A lump in the breast
2. Nipple discharge.
3. Nipple retraction
4. Ulceration of skin
5.Lump in arm-pit.
6. Skin dimpling
7.Change in skin color or texture

Diagnosing breast cancer:-
1. Screening mammogram: Regular mammograms after the age of 40 years reduces the risk of breast cancer, by early detection of the disease.

The time has come to endorse democracy

Aung San Suu Kyi has been in India and there has a very great momentum in the whole country's diplomat world and everywhere. People who are pro-democracy have their role model and idol in the country.  The Nobel peace prize winner, pro-democracy leader has been in India for a six-day diplomatic visit. Initially Suu Kyi was resented with India for supporting the Junta in Myanmar, but now Suu Kyi, has resolved to emerge out in the limelight to again make the friendly relations with the great India. In an interview, she said that though she was gloomy after India decided to do business with the Junta, which kept her under house arrest for 15 years, she never felt duped by the old friend. India has also rolled out the red carpet in order to welcome the democratic icon and to develop a tremendously beautiful bond and connexion with the Pro-democracy leader.
I acknowledge and concede the fact that India has not assisted the leader in the difficult and hard times but there was a reason behind that. From the beginning India has been a great endorser of the Democracy and also supported Suu kyi in her fight against the Junta in Myanmar in 1980s and early 1990s  but started rolling to the side of Junta in the mid-1990s in order to counter the chinese's growth and to maintain and uphold good relations with the country in order for the diplomatic relations and to stop the derailing of relations with the country.
 But now the great country India should start developing good relations with Suu Kyi as she is going to be the new face of Burma and is a great leader going to be a new face of democracy and that's why we need to assist her now desperately and whole- heartedly.

Change yourself

Nowadays people in India are ferocious of the Indian politics and always say that our government is reluctant to do anything for the country and is just doing things for itself like accumulating wealth and are exploiting the people of the country and paving ways for their families to extract government wealth, to do many illegitimate things and are dubbing our politics as worst in the world. Even in houses small children curse the politicians. School children say that they abhor politics and its players and pass sarcastic remarks and prank with those who have an interest in it as their family has set up an entrenched perception in their minds that Politics is very bad, it is a very bad money game and other things. in India 64.7%(As stated by a survey conducted by a survey agency Hansa) people ponder and have a perspective that politicians are the only to be blamed for the rampant corruption. More than half and crossing majority of people in thinking so.
 But I have a question challenging the views of everyone.
       HAVE WE EVER THOUGHT OR CONSIDERED WHAT WE HAVE DONE?
No one would be ready to accept the thing that we have done anything and would repudiate the truth that we, people have done nothing. But I am having the truth and authentic answer of my question. We have done nothing to ensure that our nation is having 00000(Zero) corruption.
Every human has tendency to blame other for anything but no one thinks of his own blunders. This thing also happens in India.
According to Arindham Chaudhuri, Dean of IIPM says "We ourselves accelerate the corruption. If the phone bell rings and you don't want to answer the phone call, you say to you child to say to that person that Papa is not at home and here you infuse corruption in your children and teach them how to do corruption. And here we lack.
If we want to do something for the nation, we need to change ourselves. We have to change the habit of blaming others. Leo Tolstoy has said,"People always think of changing others but never think of changing others." Think on it and try to change yourselves before blaming others.

Don't proffer him to speak

I used to esteem and honour Hindustan Times newspaper very much; I used to deem it as a great source of enlightenment. But today that respect was exterminated when I saw, Former President of Pakistan or you can say the real architect of Kargil war and the person behind the casualties of courteous soldiers from both- India and Pakistan, Mr. Pervez Musharraf  been invited as an orator in the HT Leadership Summit 2012.

The only person who should be attributed for the Kargil War and behind the animosity and hostility (hiked after the Kargil war) between the two countries and behind the bad things that took place in 1999 has been proffered to speak in the HT leadership Summit.

A dictator who has been very cruel to his own people and has nurtured terrorism has been described as a great leader against terrorism. Isn’t that humorous and depressing? It is a matter of very great shame and embarrassment for the whole India and a faux pas by the HT editors.

Mr. Musharraf was born in India and even his father studied in India (Aligarh Muslim University), still he has no respect and honour for the great motherland. How can a person who aims to disturb the serenity and tranquillity of his own motherland, can be called to speak in such a renowned and acclaimed leadership summit?  How can the person who tried to impede the unity and credibility of the nation in which he was born can be dubbed as a leader?

How can a dictator who was always against the democracy, who always made attempts to destroy democracy and always pampered terrorism be called to speak on the unification of South Asia? Its derogatory and very depressing.

I have also written a poem in this respect to show my grief on your proffering him to speak.

Do you know Musharraf is to mow(kill),

To seed and sow,

But who is he going to mow?

To seed and sow?

Musharraf is to write history,

So, why are you grounding mystery?

Musharraf is to unify

But whom and why

South Asia is to be unified,

But some are going to be vilified,

But who?

The souls of the valiant Kargil Martyrs who lost their lives,

Will have their anger hiked,

The crooked and notorious man has been famed,

And for HT 2012 Leadership summit, he has been named,

The person behind the Kargil war,

Due to whom the India is still bearing the Indo-Pak hostility scar,

 The person who has been a dictator can’t unify,

But he can only vilify,

HT should not proffer him to speak,

This man can only mislead

If you honor and respect your motherland, then nullify his visit and don’t allow him to speak on such a good and pious topic.  

 

Terminate Child Labour

In India there are thousands of things which have been there for a very long time, and which have been averred unlawful by our government but are still going on in front of everyone, flouting every abolition by the Constitution of India.

Its an entrenched thing that whenever there has been an evolution, there has been a very great and humongous participation of people in the respecting process. When the people came to uproot or disapprove of something that things will inevitably be abolished completely and when people come to prop someone of something, that thing will be upheld and will undeniably sustain despite of any disapproval or protests.

Many evils and bad society monsters have been there in India for a very long time, since its medieval history(Rulers etc.). Although our Constitution has given them the status of being illegitimate and illegal, but they have been in continuance sans any nuisance in the underdeveloped and less civilized villages of India and even in some metros. And the bitter truth is that we have not been able to curb or halt them. Some bad evils like Dowry, Caste system, Religion, Honour Killing, Child Labour etc. have been mowing our society and biting it continuously.

One of the most severe evils is “CHILD LABOUR”.

Child Labour is the thing that has been acting as a weed in the field of progress of the country and has been sucking away all the nutrients of the beautiful flower of the development of the country. The child labour has been strictly prohibited by the Indian Constitution.

Let’s initially unravel what this mean thing is. Child Labour is a crime in which a child whose age is lower than 14 years is being employed in work, especially dangerous work. In India Child Labour is seriously banned but still there are many people who take full advantage of children forced to work because of the bad financial conditions of their house etc. and to earn money so that they can survive. Here Child Labour is not a rare thing. Wherever you go, you can see small children working on shops. You can find them selling fruits and vegetables, in a tea stall, imploring for money and at many other places. Government has proposed and started many reforms in this respect, but many of them have been futile and a fiasco, due to bad and unworthy implementation, and because of illiteracy. For example- RTE(Right To Education) of India promises free education to the age of 14 years and free mid-day meal to the students but because many people don’t know anything about the act, still thousands of children are working to earn money.

ILO(International Labour Organisation) has been working for the last four decades to terminate this social monster but the result has not come with flying colours.

In India the constitution has Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act 1986 to stop the social menace which states that a child below 14 years of age can’t be employed:-

1. To do a work which exposes children to physical, psychological or sexual abuse.

2. To work underground, under water, dangerous height or in confined places.

3. To work with dangerous machinery, equipment, tools etc..

4. To work in an unhealthy environment.



As we all can see that the government has made many serious laws viz. RTE, Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act 1986 etc. but the main thing is their implementation and conduction. We have to tell the unlettered people about all these laws and organisations, and ensure that they portray an active participation in all these things and emerge out to save and pamper the future of tomorrow and the future of India and the whole world.

Clear Difference first.

Nowadays the whole country’s leaders have been engulfed by the scams, corruptions and many other things. So let’s today talk about BJP’s  (Bhartiya Janta Party) President Mr. Nitin Gadkari. BJP’s president was also not left out. After the revelations of many other politicians, BJP President also came in the wide net of corruption.

The BJP President was accused of misdealing in Purti Power and Sugar Ltd., a company owned by the BJP President Mr. Nitin Gadkari. He is accused of misdealing in his company. His relatives, children as well as his drivers etc. got full advantages from the company.

BJP president has been accused of misdealing in the company. It has been disclosed that a number of companies which are having stakes in the company are dubious and duping. The addresses of the companies given in the company’s records when checked were false and were given of  a slum area in Mumbai, and when the people residing there were asked about the companies, the clearly and blatantly denied of knowing any company in the area. While some companies that are having the stakes have been of Gadkari’s relatives and his driver.

So, how can the Congress act like a quiet, decent child. Congress also came to condemn and criticize the BJP president. In a very good move, the congress distracted the mind of people from the Robert Vadra case of collusion with DLF and took the whole and in-toto matter on the head of BJP.

In this case BJP is also showing and portraying complete foolishness and stupidity. Notwithstanding being with each other in difficult times the BJP is showing a dearth and lack of acumen. Party’s senior leader Ram Jethmalani also commented on the Party’s integrity and Senior leader Mr. L.K. Advani also didn’t attend the party’s meeting in order to show his dissidence against party’s president and didn’t attend the party’s meeting. And now the other parties got the opportunities to rebuke Bhartiya Janta Party and severely condemn the Party’s president and to slander the image of Nitin Gadkari.

At last I would like to give BJP a suggestion and advice to first clear all the differences and contentions in the party and annihilate all the tension and discord in the party.

The environment is degrading,
The rich flora and fauna are fading,
The God gave us a huge heritage,
But we incorrigible humans are putting on the heritage a barricade,
We are doing things that can't be restored back,
And one day while regretting we will be aback,
The environment has receded a lot,
But we are still swimming across our boat,
We never think what we have done,
But one day nature will inevitably be abandoned,
Today we think that we don't need nature,
But one day we will not be able to see even one creature,
To make coming generations see new things,
We need to give the nature a new wing

Environmental Degradation

The environment can be expressed as our surroundings. Every beautiful thing, creatures, plants, animals, rivers, forest, mountains and numerous of wonderful things make up the nature. So this means that nature comprises of everything we see. In this whole world nothing is better or more precious than the environment and sans environment there is nothing, no life, no creature and in-toto nothing.
But nowadays we humans are becoming hostile and rude to our nature and are doing heart-wrenching things to the mother earth and our nature that has allocated us everything we wanted. We people are acting as a traitor to the sentimental and kind-hearted earth. And this infringement of humans in the environmental activities is termed as the Environmental Degradation. Nowadays we brutal people are destroying and exploiting the nature. Our wonderful and splendid nature is being debilitated by us.
The intensity of environmental degradation has increased and intensified due to the insatiable desire of human beings. This thing has increased and soared so much that UN (United Nations) has placed the Environmental Degradation in top 10 most risky things of this world.
Now lets unravel all these things. These things are inter-related so we will understand one by one.
The first thing that comes here is Population.
There has been  a sudden surge and hiking in the population but the resources didn't increased in these years, as we have only taken and not given anything to the mighty nature. The large population needs a large amount of things and commodities which are extracted from the nature but as we extracted a large amount of things from the nature, there was only few left and now we are simply starving.
After that we commenced exterminating the purity and piousness of the rivers. We started throwing unwanted wastes and factories' waste and inorganic excretion in  the rivers without processing them and the water also get contaminated and the eco-balance was disturbed.
Now it was the chance of air. We started destroying the air. The emission of various obnoxious gases from the chimneys and factories and many other things led to Global Warming. And now due to  global warming, our glaciers are melting. Therefore, the level of water in rivers is also soaring and rivers are over flooding leading to floods, cyclones etc.
Our wildlife is also being destroyed by thousands of unethical people and our trees are being cut for personal use. The forests are being cleared for urbanization and our nature is lacking behind.
Now  we have a need to do something seriously for the nature.
 

Corruption

Corruption vex,
And is inevitably a hex,
Corruption in India is hiking,
And day by day the corrupts are shining,
Why everyone uses this immoral weapon is a mystery,
And the corrupts here, create everyday a new history,
Corruption mars,
And everyone has to bear its scars,
Corrupts in India are in governance,
And every day they cause a nuisance,
The avarice for money is bad,
As it makes everyone mad and sad,
Everyone knows that corruption is not good,
But the corrupts want to keep everyone under their boot,
It is not done by one,
But nowadays by everyone,
The corrupts are crooks,
And change their mind like the waves of brook,
Corrupts flaunt their wealth
But have a dearth of mental health,
Corruption is omnipresent,
But honesty now is somewhere absent,
Some honests are made scapegoats,
to swam across corrupts's boats,
Corrupts lack respect
As they are not the best,
Therefore honesty is the best policy

Rallies in India

Nowadays political parties in India do a lot of rallies,
And make the fatty cops of India shake their bellies,
But, but nowadays
These rallies cause melee.

Rallies in India have never been oblivion,
As they have always been inherited by the scions,
In India people who peruse newspaper daily,
Always get a chance to read about rally,
The rallies endorse,
But the common people remorse,
The rallies are nowadays soaring,
But they are nowadays becoming really boring,
Politicians in the rallies create a dream ,
But for themselves,
Not for curbing people's scream,
Rallies are good if they are in people's favour,
but the rallies in India lack flavour,

In India everyone says that government is a con,
and then to exacerbate, pronounce our PM maun(silent),
The government then tried to ameliorate its situation,
but the effort led to complete aggravation,
the tarnishing of the image,
has been going on for a very long phase.
what to do? What to do? asked the government,
Then came the answer "Do what could you"!
Then the government enthusiastically introduced reforms to look cool,
but in Aam Aadmi's mind, it was dubbed completely bloody fool.
People said that government does not listen to their screams,
And is busy framing its scam's new plans and dreams,
All these things could be right,
As for all these things people continue to fight,
But no one thought what we have done,
In reality we have just acted like a moron,
We have just rubbed our hands,
And have not been able to move the sands,

We have only worked like a coward
And have not been able to even move a step forward.
But now the thinking of people should be changed,
To break away all the odds and banes,

 Now think Aam Aadmi- What to do? What to do? and What to do?

World's mightiest and most powerful thing on which no one has a control or supervision. The things that can horrify or scandalise anyone. The thing which possesses unmatched and immense energy comparable to none. The thing on which the world's super powers have no control. This thing come rarely but is able to take everything down to ground every time it comes. No one can predict the occurrence of that detrimental thing which can mow down or disturb thousands at once. That thing is caused by the nature and environment but somehow we people also take onus of making that deleterious thing take place.
Want to know what that giant mammoth thing!
That things is "NATURAL CALAMITY".
Natural Calamities or disasters are the biggest peril to this world, and when they assault any place or country, do not left anything and ruins everything that comes into their way. But nowadays these disaster have ascended into the terms of intensity because we, humans (Homo Sapiens) have also commenced infringing into the natural activities disturbing the natural cycle of happening of natural things and deteriorating those natural processes thus causing a major imbalance in the usual state of objects. So, the nature also became aggrieved and irked and a feeling of resentment and fury ran into the nature's heart for the human beings and the Nature vowed revenge and retaliation and thus started wrecking everything. But we did not stop or refrain from indulging in this bad work and thus hiking our illegitimate and perilous activities. So the nature got upset of the increased activities and our regular interference in the natural things, so now nature assaulted with more power.
 So now the nature has created a double havoc on the world. Nature first chose the world's most powerful country "the United States of America" and world's one of the fastest growing economies, my great motherland "India" as its epicentre.
 In America one of the world's most dangerous superstorm "The sandy" came while simultaneously in India arrived the dangerous "Neelam". While the unstoppable Sandy stroke in the north-western America, the furious Neelam stroke the southern coastal India (Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu). Sandy in such a short period of time has snatched away the lives of 98 people, one from Canada and the rest from United States of America while Cyclone Neelam took away the lives of 7 to 10 people, annihilating everything that came in its way. In America there has been a large blackout due to the sandy storm[500,000 homes in Manhattan were without power.] and the transportation system has been severely affected and been impeded by the super storm. About 50 million people have been severely affected by the merciless storm and {only in New Jersey 2.4 million people have been impacted} and the hindrance in the rescue operations {due to the overflowed water} have exacerbated the situation.In New York City, parts of Lower Manhattan were quickly inundated as the Hudson and East rivers overflowed. Seawater poured into road tunnels and the subway system. 
Both the cyclones have caused very huge casualties to the denizens of the both countries and have immensely disturbed both the countries in a manner which I ponder would, inevitably cause the countries a very huge amount of money. But the worst thing is that they will exaggerate the situations of the two countries and will snatch away the lives of thousands and will take them away from their beloved ones and will leave thousands grieving.

              BOTH THE STORMS HAVE BEEN MERCILESS AND BAD CAUSING DAMAGE TO THOUSANDS, LEAVING EVERYONE GRIEVED.
