Scared dragon.

Just as the Chinese President Xi Jinping took off from India after his meeting with Indian Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, People’s Republic of China has again started stabbing in the back. Just as the talks between the heads of the two countries was concluded and Chinese president reached China, a message was forwarded to People’s Liberation Army of China from the President’s office to be ready to win a regional war.

According to state-run Xinhua news agency, the Chinese president asked the Chinese military to be ready to a regional war. “Headquarters of PLA forces must have absolute loyalty and firm faith in the Communist Party of China, guarantee a smooth chain of command and make sure all decisions from the central leadership are fully implemented," said Xi, chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC) and the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

These words are sufficient to expound the current status of the Chinese government towards the Indian side. It’s not a covert fact that China has always been hostile and bellicose towards India. Since the 1962 Sino-Indian war, China and India both have never been able to come out of the trauma of the war and Chinese side from that time has been belligerent towards India trying to cut its influence and move ahead of India.

But one more reason behind such statement from the Chinese President is the fear of China from the increasing proximity in the relationship of India and Japan. China has been at swords with Japan for a very long time over various issues like Senkaku islands etc. and now when the new Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi as well as his Japanese counterpart Mr. Shinzo Abe are busy making the relationship of Indian and Japan develop by leaps and bounds, China is sure to feel the tremors.

China has been very much wary of both India and Japan. Both these nations have extreme potential to outdo China easily and if both the nations work together than nothing remains impossible and this is exactly what China doesn’t want. China wants to terrorise both the nations with petty border issues and also want to devastate the influence of both the nations in the Asian continent and this is also the main reason why China is alluring and enticing nations around India like Sri Lanka, Maldives, Pakistan etc. China is also busy doing the same thing with Japan. It continues to exert its influence on the South China Sea and has been continuously trying to take complete strategic hold of the disputed islands. Now China is fearful of the Indian and Japanese relationship and just as it saw the meeting of Indian Prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi with his Japanese counterpart, it flew into rage and that’s why took such a step.

Therefore I strongly believe that if India and Japan work together, even big nations like China can become fearful of the connected potential of both the nations and I believe that these two nations need to work together.
