The tensions at border are continually soaring and increasing day by day at an alarming rate. The remedy of the the problem has not been discovered yet. People of both the country are asking for a quick solution to the vexing tenseness on the border. There is anxiousness and people of both the countries are fretting.
Pakistani soldiers sneaked into Indian territory upto 500m-600m, mowed down two Indian soldiers and subjected their body to barbaric and inhuman act of mutilating the bodies of two Indian soldiers and even decapitated one of the killed army personnel and took away his head as a trophy for them, such things made the whole India recall the violence and vicious actions which were being done to the Kargil War Hero Saurabh Kalia. Continuous infraction of the cease fire rule by Pakistan the tensions between the countries have risen to a much higher level. Pakistan was quick to be condemned by the whole world on the vicious act by Pakistan has done what Pakistan wanted to, i.e. it has raised the complication between the two countries.
Because of the three previous Indo-Pak wars(1965, 1971, Kargil war of 1999) the relationship between the two countries was debilitated. There have been many tensions between the two countries. India has prompted many times from Pakistan to come ahead and be a good neighbour and friend of India but Pakistan has been indifferent and apathetic towards the Confidence Building Measures.
India started and commenced many problems solving measures with Pakistan but the Pakistani government has done nothing in response to the Indian government methods. India always helps and assist Pakistan in everything, for example natural calamity and many other things but Pakistani government is not ready to come ahead and say that it will enhance its relationship with the India. Such a silence from Pakistan is very bad and discouraging.
Major journals in India have started many initiatives like TOI's Aman Ki Aasha, but has Pakistan done anything. The answer is NO.
India has been inviting various actors, singers etc. from Pakistan to come to India and do shows and concerts, but Indians are fearful of going to Pakistan. Because of the reason that Pakistan is not serious about the Indian issue. It is completely indifferent and apathetic towards India.
The other thing is Pakistan despite of strengthening and allocating vigor to Indo-Pak relationship, Pakistan has been completely trying to debilitate the harmony of the Indian territory. It has been continuously trying to help the terrorists infiltrate into India. The masterminds of 26/11 and many other deadly attack, bomb blasts etc. are still hiding in Pakistan and agencies like ISI has been helping these terrorists who try to harm the innocent people of India. In the mendar sector the firing was also there in order to help the terrorists enter the Indian territory and the big thing is Hafiz Saeed, the mastermind of 26/11 attack also visited the PoK after the Mendar brutal killing of two Indian soldiers. In 11 days Pakistan has tried 05 times to help the terrorists enter into India.
The other thing why Pakistan doesn't want harmony at the border? Besides the repeated violation of the ceasefire, the border along Poonch Mendar sector has been witnessing an unusual trend in recent month. About half a dozen Indian soldiers have met with landmine accidents, landmines which have been planted by the Pakistan. I just can't understand why Pakistan is not happy with the harmony in India.
After the killing of two Indian soldiers India again went ahead to bury the previous hatchets and asked Pakistan for a Brigadier-level talk to solve the issues but Pakistan has not done anything and has not answered the proposal being proposed by India.
Now lets talk about the Indian side. Indian Ministries always that the issues with Pakistan are easy to dealt with. Every time something happens Indian ministries always consider the matter as an easy one and never take any stiff action to ensure that the things are not done again. But I want to give a caveat to the Indian government that the abysmal killing of the Indian army soldiers is a very big issue and this pandemonium or conundrum need to be strictly dealt.
Someone comes and enters into the Indian territory, slays down our two soldiers, beheads one of them and flee successfully. Is not that a big matter of shame? What were other officers doing at the time of killing of these soldiers?
It is sure that there has been a problem with Indian system. The distance that the Pakistanis covered was a very huge distance (500m-6000m). The Indians were not cautious and Pakistanis took full advantage of the situation. When Pakistanis were entering into the Indian soil, what were the soldiers doing? We have to change the system of our management and have to be cautious. At border people think, " I have been working here for so many years and nothing has taken place yet". But "NO". When you are at border, you should be totally and in toto ready. Anyone can attack at any time. The enemy, the foe would not ask for your permission to execute an attack, you have to be ready enough to sabotage any attack by the enemy. You have to be completely careful of wary of the probability of happening of anything.
The other thing, now Indian government has a need to take stiff actions. As war can be there from two sides, peace also needs both the sides interested. When Pakistan doesn't want to come ahead, then why Indian side is asking them to. Pakistan should be dealt strictly and if Pakistan tries to harms and annihilate the harmony and tranquility of India, then the matter should be dealt very very strictly.
Hope that Indian side deals the matter in a strict, firm and strict way.
