LACKING SOMEWHERE

                                                        INDIA LACKING BEHIND

Delhi's chief minister Sheila Dixit has been bragging that Delhi is the greenest city of the world but her claims have fallen false and spurious because the national capital has not ranked even in the top 50 world cities. Recently UN(UNITED NATIONS) conducted a survey to find world's 85 most developed and best cities, and the national capital Delhi ranked 58 among those cities while the economic hub of the country Mumbai scored a little bit better and ranked 52 and our biggest metropolitan cities lacked behind and remain devoid of that standard needed by such a great country.
There are thousands of blatant reasons behind our cities' lacking behind. Reasons like political factor, social causes, unemployment etc. have worked as the biggest hindrance in the path to success. Now lets discuss the reason behind all these awkward and embarrassing things and will analyse why our cities didn't emerge as the game changer in the catalogue. The system  of India is very much underdeveloped. We talk about outwitting cities like Shanghai, New York which are far ahead of us, but we are not even near them and are depriving of progress. You would be astonished to hear that there is such a bad public transport system in Indian cities that the transport system is only able to carry one fifth of the commuters and this things aggravated the condition and India lacked on this issue and the plus points that we got, comprise of ameliorated telephone communication services which even reached to 100% in some states. UN also listed that there has been  a substancial and enormous hike in the employment opportunities  and the share of urban population also shrunk from 54.9% to 29.4% over the last two decades.
But the things in which we lacked are the social factors..
But the perception of people has not changed since the independence of the country. People are still stuck in the bog of segregation and discrimination and  have not come out from the menace of caste, creed etc. and we are lacking behind  in this matter and we have not been able to mend this thing in the right way. Our transportation sytem is not good, our cyber protection system is not good. Oh! how I forget the biggest weed in the progress and development of the country. One in four person in the country is poor and is not having ample money to make both hands meet both the hands meet (₹29.35 a day in urban areas, ₹22.42 in rural area.) The condition of India is very appalling but we don't have to get depressed  by it. The people of India have to come ahead to show and aver that they have a great feeling and sentiment of patriotism for the country and we have to do something to mend the nation.
There are numerous of reason why there is a dearth of amenities in India but I can't list them all in this small blog.

At last I would just like to conclude that we need to work to make the country go ahead and climb the ladders of success.
