The time will tell.

A man committed to his people, Narender Modi

India contemporarily is in the garb of speculations as well as suspense. In every educated household people are talking with each other who is going to be the PM in the upcoming 2014 elections. Grass root party workers in suspense and the big leaders organising meeting to hat out the plot of the 2014 polls to sabotage the rivals and taking out a riveting victory in the elections. The two big major party's BJP(Bhartiya Janata Dal) as well as INC(Indian National Congress) are having mindboggling sessions, Council meetings and Chintin Shivirs on who is going to be the big figure in the polls, the fog is set to lift up from the BJP as Modi can be elected from the Party to spearhead the campaign while the big figure in Congress continues to remain in the silhouette.
Narender Modi is an eligible person as we all know for the Prime Ministerial candidature. He can thrive on in the PM's chair and can strive to help the country augment its horizons. People of Gujarat have been elated by his wonderful efforts in order to make his state come ahead. He has worked relentlessly in order to help the Gujarat ameliorate in every field. He has done everything in order to make the state come out from the shadow of darkness and come ahead in the country's limelight. Due to his commendable work he is being acknowledged as the best concurrent Chief Minister of any Indian state. This man has burnt the midnight oil to make his home state become a lavish and incentive place for investors to invest. Many industries like Tata, Amul and many other companies are there based in Gujarat. Many summits have been organised by him like Vibrant Gujarat etc. to promote investment in Gujarat. Many big business magnets of India have commended him for his praise worthy work. Not only in India this man is famous worldwide. British High Commissioner to India, Sir James Bevan has also opened gates for Modi to England. After the Godhra Massacre Britain had intercepted its relations with Modi but has now invoked again the relationship between England and Modi.

The other is Godhra Massacre. You can't blame Mr. Modi on this issue. The first thing is in such a bad condition it is humongously difficult to halt the ire of people. People were vexed very much and therefore even the Police force was not able to do anything. Chief Minister is also a man, not God who can do anything. Modi has been exonerated from various commissions of Godhra Carnage and therefore we can't blame him for that. Law has absolved him from the crime and you can't dub him as a culprit. And if you want to talk about his being liberal then Gujarat Muslims are extolling him very much. In his Sadbhavna Mission many maulvis, muslims praised him for his extraordinary work and dedication to the people of Gujarat. The work he has done is not for Hindus. The work that he has done is not for Muslims, not for Christians, or any other country, the work that he has done is for the Gujaratis, people of Gujarat who have a very big place in his heart.
SO no question on him being unbiased.

The other thing is some critics of Narender Modi say that he is more like L.K.Advani than the former Prime Minister Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee. But I can prove easily that such claims are clearly spurious. If you want to do something big, then don't crib others style, it will ruin you. Modi follows the same policy. This man is neither Atal Bihari Vajpayee not L.K. Advani, he is Narender Modi, he has to courage to unite the people to work with each other in harmony. He is an intellectual man who can unite the whole country irrespective of people's caste, creed, sex, religion or anything and that's what we need in a PM.
For the most powerful position of a country we need a man totally above of trifles the one having proclivity to work, growth and development not a man having and tendency to make promise and not fulfill them. We need a man who can make people dream of a better future and life. The one who can promise people something good.

Now its one the people whom they want to chose and else

Need to deal with them.

Narender Modi recently sweeped all others away from the limelight to make himself become the center of attention in the BJP's National Council meeting. Sans saying anything the CM of Gujarat quoted everything. The BJP's National Council meeting barely leaves any skepticism on who is going to be in the vanguard to spearhead the upcoming 2014 Lok Sabha Polls. Although not being anointed as the Prime Ministerial Candidate of the BJP, Modi's candidature and top position abnegates every question mark on his ability.
In the Party's Council Meeting all the leaders extolled Mr. Modi over his hard and commendable work being done by him in Gujarat and because of the robust growth that Gujarat has graphed and for becoming the first BJP Chief Minister to gun down his rivals consecutively three times. Modi also in his speech thanked everyonw and advised BJP(Bhartiya Janata Party) two planes which should be followed to snatch away the win from the opponents.
In the speech he didn't say anything about the Aodhya temple, hindutva principles or everything, which was a good answer to the question put up by the opposition parties on his credibility and his being liberal. This was a clear attempt to woo the NDA alliances of BJP who will have a big say in BJP's 2014 election. BJP is there standing with Modi but no Modi needs to mend his NDA allies who directly influence the formation of BJP government at the Center. Various NDA leaders like Nitish Kumar and others who are not happy with Modi need to be dealt  otherwise the India will lose an articulate orator and eloquent leader in darkness.

Beware of IT!!!!

Nowadays countries, political leaders and the politicians have discovered a new way of thriving on and debilitating the nemesis without saying anything, sans saying anything, sans doing anything. This assault infringes with the most vital and crucial thing that a person needs in his/her life. The thing that is violated by this thing is "one's privacy".  The newly born act to hamper one's privacy is "Cyber Attack". Recently the news of the hacking of the US Government came out and when a detailed and ingenious investigation was made, then it was found that the all the hackings were conducted by people of same neighbourhood of Shanghai, home to unit 61398 of Chinese People's Liberation Army.
Nowadays Indian government has also become vulnerable to all these things. Recently a report by Canadian Researchers dosclosed detailes of a Chinese Network GhostNet which infiltrated into the computer systems of Indian offices, government and also in the Dalai Lama's network. Some days ago the website of Indian National Congress(INC) was hacked by some cyber warriors based in China who allegedly posted abuses in the website. The site has to be disconnected for some time and was then mend.
India is nowadays getting modernised and internet a very important segment in the modernisation of a country, the usage of internet is augmenting day by day in India and the escalated use is becoming the cause of vulnerability. Excessive use is not the problem here, the problem is that we are not having a developed system to fend the scams. Our servers are regularly getting corrupted by the viruses being released into the indian network by Pakistani and Chinese hackers.
India's various schemes like Aadhar, National Census, Military information, Scientific Information are based on the use of Internet and hacking of such useful information could by very dangerous. The states as well as the national government are having their notifications on the internet and the infringment of them could be very harmful and displeasing.
India is also facing a very major threat posed by cyber attacks, cyber attacks in 2012 caused the Assam Riots and took the whole country into pandemonium and turmoil leading to people of Assam going back to homes such things can be done to make people tussle and to overthrow a government which could be very harmful.

India Beware of It.

Family looms large

The denizens of India are family minded. I think that I needn't tell you about the rigidity of the families in India. In India everyone has finally jumped to the conclusion that you have to erect the monument of success by using the bricks of family. Everyone here makes his/her fortune using the family system as well as values on the base. In the good land of ours the families abound. Nowhere but India family reigns the supreme. Here families could comprise of anyone whether it is son-in-law, grandpa, grandma or anyone and Indians fool everyone by using the concept of the Joint-family. In the concept of joint family you can take anyone and you can exclude anyone. Its on you whom you wants or for whom you have disdain. Parivaar(family) is the most easy as well as most compicated topic. There is a head of the family, nowadays Dadajis(grandpas) have been replaced by Dadis(grandma) nowadays known as the MADAM. To meet dadijis you need to first meet the middlemen in the family who finance everything for Dadi. These middleman handle everything and never lets the name of Dadi to be revealed. The middleman are sharp and witty people who always blame others to help the dadi to emerge out of the scams and problems. These family members never lets the family's name to become infamous and help the country out of every problem. These people keep a check on everyone and the nemesis are dealt severely so as to set examples for people that every traitor will be dealt seriously.
Sometimes these families become dynasties and the middleman who manage everything become the descendant of the ancestor Dadiji and the family goes on involving in-laws too but sometimes everything is debilitated and turned into chaos if the descendants are not goo.

Legitimate guard or Illegal weapon.

A deluge of periods and a humongous amount of time has passed away and finally it has been enacted. Sixteen years after the Supreme Court’s seminal Vishaka judgement, which framed down the definition of sexual harassment. The outline of the bill was proposed before a colossal time. Sixteen years is an enormous time but finally the bill has promulgated. The sexual harassment in workplace bill, a positive and vital step being taken up by government to lend a helping hand to the women,  was initially passed by Lok Sabha in the previous parliament session and has now got thumbs up from the Rajya Sabha side too. The bill has got two faces. There are loopholes in the bill and there are plus points too. The Vishaka case defines workplace as “traditional office set up where there is a clear employer-employee relationship” but the bill in this concept has been ingenious and according to the bill harassment can be considered in the bill in any place where the employee visits during course of their employment. The bill covers all the employees (temporary/permanent/ad hoc/daily wage employees and even voluenteers)……….

But the bill can also not be dubbed as flawless. Some lacunae in the bill are:-

According to the bill the definition of aggrieved woman comprises of only a woman in a workplace. It alienates the woman most harasses, the students. It doesn’t equip students with arms against the molestation and sexual harassment.

The other thing is false complaints. Many acts like act 498(a) have been used by unethical women as a weapon against honest men and there has nothing been highlighted in this concept in the bill and therefore it could be an illegitimate legal weapon to harass man.

Thus our government needs to first review the bill and emend it, so that it is not used for wrongful purposes.

In a dilemma

Finance Minister of India in Parliament proposed the budget. Mr. P. Chidambaram put forth in the parliament on of the most decisive budget having a plethora of winning and points in the election of 2014 polls. But the people of India have fallen into the ditch of dilemma over the budget, the dilemma is whether the budget is to snatch away victory from the antagonists or to emerge out victoriously against the nemesis.

The budget is not a FM budget as it could not be, it is neither a PM's budget it had not since but it is a budget succuumbed to the Congress high command, the handful of people (as mentioned by Rahul Gandhi in his speech saying "Why only a handful share power?') who beckon everyone in the government. This time the high command needed to focus on the middle class people but it didn't. This budget was framed according to the guidelines laid out by the top corporate houses of the country and the budget didn't prove as a firecracker. The people wanted to have the government a check on the soaring rates but the government remained slumped on the stability criteria.
Many issues which the countries needs to mull over haven't been pondered like investing in the future, federalism and many other things.

In order to secure a seat from the women side, the FM remained merciful on the woman. Mr. P. Chidambaram proposed to open a bank for the women, Nirbhaya Fund. The fund will give a helping hand to women. But in my perception this is going to be a fiasco. Instead of rolling out a fund of Rs.1000 Crores, the government should keep an eye on the police force to push the dereliction of duty to halt and should also look at extenuating extra police cover on the VIPs.

After the budget the indian stock market Sensex observed a huge decline, from 19,265 points(09:15AM) to 18.862(04:00 PM) and the Rupee also got its power diminished against the dollar.

Various other issues also came out in the limelight but the last thing that I want to conclude is that people in power should take such crucial decisions like Budget in a very wary manner. Whether its going to be the last budget of your regime but still you are there for the welfare of people. Your goal is not to win election, your aim is to do good for people. The goal is not to get the power but to use to power to empower. Only saying inspirational line wouldn't help, you people definitely need to do something for the nation. You people are there for people not for the power. Think over it.
