Just after
completing the first month in office as the Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind
Kejriwal has been slung into the limelight again. After accomplishing the goal
of his first drama (which he calls a democratic dharna) outside the Rail Bhavan due to which prostrated
thousands of people who were not able to get to their destinations due
to the Dharna by Mr. CM. Fire services, ambulance etc. had to detour a long way
to get to the destined place because of the encroachment of the area near the
Rail Bhavan by defiant Aam Aadmi Party workers but at last poor Kejriwal was
rebuked and admonished for the whole
chaos created by him.
But I believe that Mr. Kejriwal has not learnt
anything from his previous drama stint and has publicly enrolled some of the
top politicians of the nation in his hit-list. Kejriwal has entailed 29 people
in his list and has called them the most corrupt people of the nation and has
said that these people have shown complete dereliction of duty (amusing thing
is that he forgot to include his law Minister Mr. Somnath Bharti in the list)
and has threatened to accommodate them tough antagonists in the rival, which
would take some beating to be trounced. But my friends, Kejriwal has got a
problem. He blames everyone without having any proof against anyone. Now let’s
take former Chief Minister of Delhi Mrs. Sheila Dixit as an example. Before the
Delhi state election, Kejriwal averred that Mrs. Dixit has been embroiled in
corruption the alpha and omega and even defamed her by saying that she is a
symbol of corruption in Delhi. But after coming to power, when Kejriwal was
asked to take actions against Mrs. Sheila Dixit by Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP),
Mr. CM belied BJP by saying that if you give me evidences, I will take action
against Mrs. Dixit. Kejriwal accused Mrs. Dixit but demands evidence from BJP. If
Kejriwal was not having any proof then why he disparaged the ex-Cm of Delhi and
the fact of the matter is that he blamed these 29 people without any proof too.
Who has given Kejriwal the right to accuse anyone without any forethought or evidence?
If we go according to Kejriwal then in this universe everyone but he is tainted.
He can call anyone corrupt. He believes that it is his birth right to call
everyone corrupt. First Sheila Dixit and now these 29, sans any proof! Great
Kejriwal. The other astonishing thing is that 15 out of 29 in the list are
Congressmen on whose support he has been running his government.
The other
thing that we must consider in this blog is Kejriwal’s enticing manifesto which
comprised of promises like slashing of 50% electricity charges. But this time
Kejriwal was true. Why? Because after his coronation as the CM, many areas of
Delhi have been experiencing severe power cuts and from tomorrow onwards some
areas of Delhi will even experience electricity cuts of time period having a
gamut of 8-10 hours. If electricity would not be there for such a long time,
then bill would automatically be abated. How can we forget his water promises?
That was great. 700 Liters of free water to every household. Kejriwal was in
such a hurry to roll out his this scheme that he forgot everything. The scheme needs
around 2000 crores but Kejriwal didn’t make any arrangement in the budget of
the state and just blurted out that people will get free water.
Next are his
anti-corruption and anti-forced donation (in schools) helplines. Kejriwal
extolled and boasted about these lines very much but the truth is during a
press conference even he couldn’t get to the helpline center. If Mr. CM can’t
access the lines then, what about other people. These helplines are definitely farce
and fiasco.
If rapes take
place during the tenure of other party, Kejriwal is the first to blame the government but if
rapes take place during the reign of Kejriwal, then he is ever ready to blame the city police and
accuse them of showing complete dereliction of duty. If AAP workers or
ministers offend women then Kejriwal, in spite of conceding his fault,
proclaims that all his partymen are untainted and are 100% impeccable. Kejriwal’s
minister can go to the house of Ugada women and can get her abused but if other
party people do anything then Kejriwal calls them corrupt. Before blaming
others Kejriwal should ponder about himself first. He has not been gifted with
the prerogative to call anybody corrupt to misguide people.
At last I would just like to say:-
Barbad – e – Gulistan karne ko,
Ek his ullu kafi tha,
Yaha har shakh pe ullu betha hai,
Anjame Gulistan kya hoga.
Jai Hind, Jai Bharat
Jai Ma Bharti
