A scary night to think about.....

A dreadful night to sleep by,

It’s just like apocalypse, when the world is going to die,

As I woke up,

I saw my sleep had me snubbed,

That time even my heart had me bluffed,

My clock ticked again and again,

I said to it, you are just screaming in vain,

Everyone was sleeping,

And my heart roaring as it was pretty boring,

Suddenly I was startled,

I heard a stray dog’s bark,

I thought what this moron is doing in such dark,

Then I heard a baby's cry,

That was definitely a dreadful night to sleep by,

I came out of bed to see here and there,

Obviously it was pitch dark everywhere,

Then I listened to the voice of sky,

Even the sky said,

My dear, it’s a dreadful night to sleep by……

Sinking Indian Waters....

Recent accidents in Indian waters involving the submerging of INS Sindhurakshak, leading to death of around 18 crew members and other incidents propelled the ongoing resentment against the country’s government and evoked the feeling that our navy is not as developed as it should be to fight the challenging superpowers of the nation and to tackle the ongoing geographical pressures being exerted by countries like Pakistan and China.

But why is so that we are experiencing such a plethora of problems here in our Navy which is one of the most crucial parts of the whole Indian military services?

So let’s again turn about to dug out the reason behind so many debacles.

Indian Navy is one of the strongest military forces of the nation. It has around 58,350 personnel. In the Defence Budget 2013-14, Indian Navy had a share of around 18%. All these figures are absolutely propitious. Government of India had allocated 1,93,407.29 crores to Indian Military forces in the session 2012-2013, but in 2013-14  the government incremented the budget to allocated around 2,03,672.12 crores which is a good stimulant for the growth of the defence sector.

But the main problem that the whole navy or you can say all the Indian Military forces face is that they don't acquire technology and if they have, they just don’t know all the aspects of the available technology.

Indian Navy presently has around 250 aircrafts and 179 ships in its account but what’s disgusting is that most of them have been bought from either United Kingdom or Russia. Till now India has hardly ever made any progress in developing its own aircrafts or ships. Still now erecting own warships continue to be a distant dream.

Inability to develop its own warships or aircrafts acts the main impediment in the way of progress that Indian Navy needs to make in order to prove itself in the competition. The Indian government now needs to take some stiff steps in order to ensure that development takes place in the Indian defence sector and that indispensable institutions like Indian Navy don’t lag behind.

The first step that Indian Government needs to take is to privatize the harbours. These days due to no competition and zero maintenance, Indian harbours are being in toto neglected by the authorities. If government privatizes the harbours and permit entrepreneurship, so as to induce healthy competition which would lead to good maintenance of the Navy harbours and would definitely ameliorate the condition of Indian Navy.
Contemporarily Indian navy is having no innovative technology. The condition is so much worse that even for repairing or refurbishment the aircraft or ships have to be sent to nations like UK, US and Russia.

Now the time has come when the Indian Navy invests in international defence equipment companies excessively. Today in nations like Russia and United States, thousands of innovative companies are there which are struggling for funds. If Indian navy pioneers funding them then, there would be a huge inflow of technology in the whole nation and this would also act as an incentive for other forces. If the government and navy invest in foreign companies, then Indian companies would also endeavor to invent new technologies and this would lead to humongous benefit of the whole navy as well as other military services.

The other thing that the government needs to do is to establish an institution in India with an aim to devise the country’s own aircrafts and ships. It can be done with the assistance of foreign experts. Today equipment from countries like Russia, USA and UK are not up to the mark. In order to set up such institution India can take help from defence analysts from countries like Russia who were unemployed after the disintegration of USSR, just like America which took help of around 500 German scientists in order to establish the NASA.

The government should also set up an institution which should be there in order to repair the unused aircrafts or ships. We can learn this from Russia. Russia refurbished the whole of Admiral Gorshkov (now INS Vikramaditya) which it had decommissioned back in the year 1996. India needs to learn that too. Today the condition of Indian Navy has plunged to such a low level that as I mentioned earlier, India has to send its out of order ships or aircrafts to other countries for repairing. For instance- INS Viraat had to be sent to UK for refurbishment.

If we set up institutions here, then such problems and delay in refurbishment could definitely be snubbed off.
If the Indian government follows the above mentioned ways and forsake its dilatory attitude then it can definitely revive the Indian military forces.

Why we gave up??

Recent revelations of the Henderson Brook-P.S. Bhagat report have put many people, including the then Prime Minister of India Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru in the dock with many allegations which are pretty serious. As far as I am concerned I believe that the whole ware was a bureaucratic, strategic and political defeat which was banged on our face. It’s intoto true that at that time India was not having enough ammunitions and arms but authentically speaking war was more a strategic failure rather than being a defeat due to non-availability of ammunitions and arms. The war in itself was an unfortunate setback for the whole nation which made the whole nation fall into despair. This war made the whole nation cry, weep and lament the demise of those soldiers who made themselves immortal by dying for the welfare of the motherland. The war also shattered the excessively robust confidence that Pt. Nehru had in China and still today the war continues to be serve as a paradigm of why we should not confide in others and still edifies us to maintain some parameters to restrain ourselves from transcending the limits of confidence as whenever there is excess of something, an astoundingly sever accident takes place which mutates our life to a detestable grief.

It was the year 1950 when India had its first tryst with China when Kavalam Madhava Panikkar was appointed as the first Indian ambassador to People’s Republic of China. For the next five years, India and China enjoyed a peaceful and tranquil relationship but India committed an egregious blunder during these years. At that time Pt. Nehru followed the principle of “Give and forgive” and erected a relationship with China which nevertheless being mutually beneficial bore fruits for China only. India, under the leadership of Pt. Nehru helped China increment and ameliorate its horizons as a significant panjandrum in world politics and demanded nothing as government at that time thought that China as a promising nation which could help India strengthen its foundation and leadership role in the world politics in the long run but haplessly that time never came when China bolstered India in doing anything.
India assisted China in different ways and proved to be a worthy and dependable friend. India opposed the United Nations resolution which blamed China of being an aggressor in Korean War and further helped China by advocating its United Nations membership. Afterwards too India helped Beijing relentlessly. Delhi even acknowledged Taiwan as a faction of Beijing. In these years everything went well. China was just exploiting India to its full hardiness and India was finding a China and reliable friend.

The deterioration of the relationship of both the nations commenced in the year 1955 when China started deeming India as an inferior and timid partner. The first clash originated when India vociferously protest against China’s act of including a part of Northeastern India in its own map as a Chinese province. After this one, some more clashed came into existence which further led to the devastation of the ties between the two nations.

The dragon again vexed the tiger after three years, i.e. in 1958 when it again flouted the rules of peaceful coexistence when China showed some parts of NEFA and Assam as its own territory in its pictorial map. Then again in the year 1959, Zhou Enlai, the then Chinese Premier, claimed 40,000 sq. Km of Indian territory as Chinese territory.

China and India had got the boundary dispute in legacy. Britishers went away but bequeathed us with the despicable boundary conflict with China. British rule and Tibet regime had conceded to consider the McMahon line as the line of control(LoC) but when China took over Tibet, it proclaimed that McMahon line is not correct and China would not follow it and cited and Tibet had no rights to take decision on its boundary matters as it was inferior to China. The tensions hiked further when India granted asylum to Dalai Lama.

Finally in the year 1960, India adopted an astringent stance towards China when it promulgated the “Forward Policy”. Under the forward policy India troops were directed to patrol, show the flags and establish posts as far forward possible from the then existing posts. Forward policy had two sides just like a coin. A good one as well as a bad one!

Forward policy was a good plan as it tried to curb the Chinese influence and attempts to declare Indian land as its own. For a long time Chinese soldiers had been making regular excursion in the Indian Territory and forward policy was aimed at mitigating the Chinese pressure and influence at the border.
The main problem with Forward Policy was that it was not an ingenious plan. It was just an unplanned measure taken up sans considering the consequences that were going to ensue it. It was a completely based on flawed premises. Intelligence Bureau (IB) director chief of that time B.N. Mullick said very foolishly that Chinese would not react to the forward policy and that they were not liable to use the military force against any of Indian posts entrenched under the forward policy, even if the Chinese were in a position to.

The army also didn’t function smoothly and intellectually at that time and didn’t pay heed to the needs of that time. To implement the forward policy, NEFA wanted an additional 12,000 troops but army believing on IB and deeming Chinese forces as blind didn’t fulfill the requirement. Around 60 posts were established under the Forward Policy and astonishingly there were even less than 10 soldiers on each post and when Chinese invaded with more than 30 soldiers attacking on one post, all the posts were shattered to the ground, many soldiers were mowed down while some were made prisoners of war.
All this explicitly shows the lack of concern that the whole system showed at that time and afterwards the whole nation had to suffer the consequences. India’s vulnerability was exposed in the whole world.

We talk about our great victory in the 1971 war but

Its fine to celebrate success but it is more important to heed the lessons of failure.

We still have learnt cipher from our previous goof-ups. Still there has been no progress at the border. Still the regions of north-east and Ladakh observe the illegitimate excursion of Chinese forces. Still a lot more needs to be done.

Tampered secularism of India.

In the year 1950, we were handed in our constitution by one of the greatest leaders that the nation has ever had.

The first line of Indian Constitution’s preamble reads

WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC.

I have been reading about the constitution’s preamble from around class VI but lately I got the chance to look over the constitution with impeccable and utter concentration. One of the words mentioned in the first line of preamble threw me into the ditch of incredulity. The word is “secular”.
The preamble valiantly averred that the whole nation has adopted secularism but still we lack the main spirit and rights to call ourselves a secular state. When our sowed the seeds of the paramount document of the nation, they knew that we have to transmute overselves.  Not change for change’s sake but change to endure this world and to withstand the revival that we would have to undergo but haplessly we forgot to change and recalled only to take forward the outdated and obsolete things and still today we continue to befool ourselves on secularism.

But what is secularism???

Merriam Webster dictionary explains it this way:

Indifference to or rejection or exclusion of religion and religious considerations.

A secular state or nation is one which doesn’t endorse any religion and has not official religion.

These simple definitions are nothing if you want to apprehend the meaning of secularism in India. Secularism in India is somehow an aberration from that of other countries. Here every five years, two months before the elections, a race starts. The race named “Secularism”. Every party takes the placard of secularism and run to be called “THE MOST SECULAR” and leaders of different parties are just ready to tear off their chest to show that they are secular. In the race the party who wins is given the title of “Most Secular” but don’t be mistaken to think that this “secular” means not following or adhering to only one religion. In India a secular party or a leader is one who plays the vote-bank politics and who is ready to play appeasement policy all the time.
Secularism in India doesn’t mean that the person or the political party doesn’t follow any state religion but in India secular people play vote-bank politics and minority appeasement policies to garner as much votes as they can because they can’t use their development agenda which has been a complete zero to ask people to vote for them.

Nowadays the word secular has been used by each and every politician who is against BJP (Bhartiya Janata Party). When they have nothing to challenge Narendra Modi, they just clad themselves in the brittle shell of “secularism” which is in fact truly unauthentic and gives an account of the nadir that politicians can reach to blame a good person from coming to power.
More than our great constitution drafters Nitish Kumar, Chief Minister of Bihar, must be attributed to raise awareness for this word among the whole nation. He was the first person who expounded the whole nation what it means to be a secular person. Nitish Kumar was the first person to allege Narendra Modi, Chief Minister of Gujarat and BJP’s PM candidate, of not being secular. All this took place when JDU ( Janata Dal United) quashed its 17 years old alliance with NDA (National Democratic Alliance). For the past 17 years the whole NDA was secular for JDU but when Narendra Modi was expected to become the PM candidate of BJP(Bhartiya Janata Party), Nitish Kumar’s sixth sense stroke and told him that Narendra Modi and BJP are not secular. His secularism soared to such a high that even when thousands were in danger during the flood crisis in Bihar, he refuted to take financial assistance from Gujarat, just because after 17 years of alliance with BJP, he came to know that BJP, especially Narendra Modi was not secular.

Next supporter of Secularism is Lalu Prasad Yadav. Lalu Prasad Yadav, former Chief Minister of Patna, is vehemently decrying Narendra Modi of not being secular and says that Narendra Modi ought not be the Prime Minister of the nation and if he becomes the PM then non-secular forces would engulf the whole nation. Let me ask him one question. What would happen if Lalu Prasad Yadav becomes the Prime Minister of India. If he becomes the PM of the nation then corrupt forces would engulf the whole nation. His fodder-scam is known to all of us, and his so-called governance which left the whole state of Bihar devastated is also not hidden to us but still Lalu Prasad Yadav is secular because he doesn’t want to vie to development but to appease Muslims and minorities which have also been exploited by him.

Mulayam Singh Yadav also accuses Narendra Modi with tooth and nail of not being secular and partisan to Hindus only.  Has he forgotten the Muzaffarnagar riot? He accused Narendra Modi of mishandling the Godhra riots but was his son able to control the Muzaffarnagar riot well? Has his own son apologized in public for the Muzaffarnagar riots? The answer to all the above mentioned questions is NO. So how can Mulayam Singh Yadav call himself a secular person? He calls himself a secular person just because he plays muslim and yadav card in all the elections and this great biasedness makes him a secular person.
Next in the race of being secular is Mayawati, former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. I don’t think that I need to say much about Mayawati. It was only her party BSP(Bahujan Samaj Party) in 2002 gave the slogan Tilak, Tarazu aur Talwar, Inko maaro jutey chaar, which means that Brahmins, Kshatriya and Baniya (traders) should be detested to the hilt and that’s why she is secular. Great secularism!

Last but the most secular is INC (Indian National Congress). Indian National Congress first of all criticizes Modi of the Godhra riots, but the 1984 riots should never be talked about because at that time Rahul Gandhi was a child  and because they were mishandled by the INC. Then Rahul Gandhi condemns Narendra Mod of false development agenda, but Rahul Gandhi is definitely a pro-development person. We all have seen this in his UPA’s stint where scams developed too much that people are not  ready to believe that UPA’s scams can be of less than hundred crores. Rahul Gandhi also says that Narendra Modi is harsh towards muslims and that’s why he is not secular but his own party is secular because it endorsed casteism and religion based politics rather than a developmental one. Today Congress is secular because it has nothing to say except that Modi is not secular.

All this proves that Narendra Modi is not secular because he is pro-development and progressive and doesn’t play religion or caste based politics as secularism here means the appeasement policy.

The dalits of today- The Brahmin.......

Indian politics has definitely undergone many revivals and grave changes from the years 1947 to the year 2014. Many saw upheaval while on the other hands other’s dreams were shattered into the ground. Many castes were uplifted while many were left to care for their own. One such caste which has been awfully snubbed by the people in the temple of democracy is the “Brahmin Caste”. Mayawati, former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, lately played an avant-garde by allocating most number of party tickets to Brahmin for the Lok Sabha 2014 elections. It is paradox to see Mayawati from BSP (Bahujan Samaj Party), a party completely based on the Dalits and lower caste people , giving 21 UP seats to Brahmins to contest and this propelled me to pen down about the present condition of Brahmins in the Indian politics.

It’s not a covert fact that the proportion of Brahmin leaders in the lower house of Parliament as well as the legislative elections of different states has observed a sharp and stiff downfall. There used to be a time when the participation of Brahmins in elections and their representation was exceptionally high. In the year 1984 when Brahmin used to constitute 19.91% of the population of the Lok Sabha but now there are only 50 Brahmin MPs in the Lok Sabha. Most of the master strategists of all the key parties of the nation are Brahmin but still they have a pitiful share in the present Lok Sabha. Jairam Ramesh, the election coordinator of Congress is Brahmin. The Chief election strategist of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Arun Jaitley. Orissa chief minister and president of the Bharatiya Janata Dal Navin Patnaik's chief advisor is Pyarimohan Mohapatra, a Brahmin. So is the spokesperson of the Janata Dal-Secular, Y S V Dutta. Even the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has a Brahmin, Satish Chandra Mishra, as its chief strategist. Brahmins’ presence in Bureaucracy is significant but the attendance of Brahmins in the electoral houses of India has dismayed the whole community. Brahmin’s presence is still there but in South India it has plunged to an embarrassing nadir. Besides J Jayalalithaa, there are hardly any Brahmin leaders in Southern India.
Brahmin’s condition in the present-day politics is somewhat vexing. If we look at the facts then we could very well envisage the condition of Brahmins in the electoral world of the nation. Since 1989, UP has got no Brahmin leader. ND Tiwari was the last Brahmin leader to hold the post. Bihar is in the same condition. Bhagwat Jha was the last Brahmin CM of the state and no other Brahmin leader has ever come up to become the CM of the state. Since 2005, Madhya Pradesh hasn’t got any Brahmin leader. Rajasthan has not been leaded by a Brahmin leader since 1990 and Odisha has not made any Brahmin leader to sit on the ruling chair after 1977. Mamata Banerjee in Bengal, Jayalalithaa in Tamil Nadu and Manohar Parrikar in Goa are the only Brahmin Chief Minister in the nation presently.
Why the number of Brahmin leaders in the nation dwindled so much? There could be many reasons behind the grave numbers but one of the most prominent one is the strategic politics being played by the top brass of the Indian politics.  Today the politics of the nation has changed very much. BJP (Bhartiya Janata Party), INC (Indian National Congress) and all the major parties of the nation are playing the Dalit and Lower caste card in which parties give more and more tickets to the aspiring candidates of lower caste so that they could garner more votes from the lower castes. This is the main  reasons why most of the parties choose their strategists as Brahmin but their Chief Ministers from different castes. This is just to woo the voters and that’s why today the whole nation is watching such a plummet in the numbers of Brahmin leaders.

The other thing which must be noted here is the side-effect of reservations on Brahmins. Tell me one thing. Are Brahmins not poor? Today Brahmins fear whether their children will ever get a job or not.

Brahmins are the dalits of today.

Brahmins are poor too but still they are getting no benefit. Today many poor people hate being a Brahmin because they can’t get benefit of any scheme just because of power greedy politicians. Brahmins are also poor. Their children also don’t have enough money to study and survive in high institutions. So why they are not being given any benefit of government scheme. In Delhi’s Patel Nagar around 50% of the rickshaw pullers are Brahmins. Would you not consider giving them any special status just because they were born in upper caste? 400,000 Brahmins of the Kashmir Valley, the once respected Kashmiri Pandits, now live as refugees in their own country, sometimes in refugee camps in Jammu and Delhi, in appalling conditions. Their vote bank is negligible and that’s why they would not get any special benefit. Because they are Brahmins.

Seventy five per cent of domestic help and cooks in Andhra Pradesh are Brahmins. But they won’t enjoy any help from the government just because they are Brahmin.

A study of the Brahmin community in a district in Andhra Pradesh reveals that today all Purohits live below the poverty line. But they are not going to be helped just because they are Brahmins.
According to the Department of Endowments statistics, lakhs of Brahmins in India are priests and unfortunately their family just survives on a monthly income of Rs. 500. But still they are not going to be helped just because they are Brahmins.
At Tamil Nadu's Ranganathaswamy Temple, a priest's monthly salary is Rs. 300 and a daily allowance of one measure of rice. The government staff at the same temple receive Rs. 2,500 plus per month. But still they are Brahmins who are supposed to be born uplifted and that’s why they are not going to get anything to sustain themselves in this harsh world.

Today people of lower castes earning even up to lakhs per month are enjoying the benefits of reservation but Brahmins today are dying. Why is not anyone ready to understand and unravel the plight of the upper caste people? Brahmins are poor too. They are impoverished too. They are also not having enough money to pay the fee of their children. They are also not having enough money to make their children enrolled in coaching institutes which demand more than two lakhs in a year. They are not having enough money to get their wives, mothers admitted in good hospitals. And all this just due to being a Brahmin.
Brahmins today are being exploited. They are exploited by politicians who are just not ready to listen to them because people of other castes are going to vote for them. Today in many villages Dalits have their own institutions where they help each other get jobs but Brahmins are having nothing. Brahmin votes are taken but nothing is done for them.

People today accuse Narendra Modi of not being secular. Today let me ask SP, BSP, Congress, AAP and all other parties on thing. Have not they all abetted the caste system to come forward as the worst problem of India? Are not they responsible for such a despairing condition of people of others castes?

They all are collectively involved in all these. But such matters are not discussed by them because they all know that when they will discuss all these they would become vulnerable to losing their vote bank.
I am sorry I raised this matter. But above mentioned things regularly happen with me.
I am sorry I talked of equality.
I am sorry that I am talking about good politics.
I am sorry that I am talking about Motherland rather than casteism and vote-bank politics.
I am sorry that I have revealed the real intention of all those who exploit the “dalits of today” The Brahmins.

I am sorry.

A tough battleground to be won.

The whole Delhi contemporary is clad in the colours of the upcoming 2014 elections. On every road you could see the posters of BJP'S PM Candidate Narendra Modi, AAP Party's Arvind Kejriwal and Congress' unofficially declared PM Candidate Rahul Gandhi. Every poster and hoarding promises of inducing exceptional, aberrational  and unprecedented progress and changes which could take the nation towards the path of success. Everyone from the infamous UPA-2 to the self-destructive third front, everyone in the politics business is trying to portray itself as the leader of the nation. Somewhere Arvind Kejriwal promises to use his broom to clean out the dirty politics, so on the other hand Rahul Gandhi promises the development of nation and welfare of youth, women and poor and somewhere else Narendra Modi promises of better governance, robust economy and progress in all the sectors.

All of them promise of things that the whole nation expects of. But what we need today is a debate rather than a voice. Promises can be made by anyone but only few are there who are able to do it.  Today we need real work to be done by the leaders rather than some aggravated promises which make us all dream of euphoric India and the voter of 2014 has to be sure that the person whom they choose is able and worthy to bring their dreams into existence. As Henry Kissinger has rightly noted that

The statesman’s duty is to bridge the gap between his nation’s experience and his vision.

And the right time has come when we need to vote for a stabilized government and a courageous and valiant leader or we will again be lost in the turmoil and confusion created by scams, corrupt leaders, policy paralysis etc.

In the contemporary election two antagonists to be watched out for are Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi. Arvind Kejriwal's AAP has very little chances of getting good votes (India  Delhibut we still need to consider Arvind Kejriwal.

Rahul Gandhi, vice president of Indian National Congress, is fighting the Lok Sabha 2014 Poll on his own. The poll this time is definitely going to prescribe the way for Rahul Gandhi and this time Congressmen would not be able to defend Rahul Gandhi if Narendra Modi wins. These Lok Sabha polls will either take Rahul Gandhi to the 7 Race Course or will plump him to oblivion as this time everybody  knows that unofficially and officially Rahul Gandhi is the all in all of INC. The main problem that Rahul Gandhi has to deal with is his absence when  people need him. This problem nowadays is giving nightmares to all the Congressmen. Before 2011 Rahul Gandhi never wanted to come out as the face of Congress and always said that he was trying to see and realize the problems of downtrodden people and all this dismayed people so much that they formed a very bad perspective about him and this perception made people contemplate that Rahul Gandhi is not as effective as Indira Gandhi, Sanjay Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi. After 2011 Rahul Gandhi came ahead to lead INC but he never tried to lead India. He carried out many party reforms but he couldn't do anything like that for the nation and all this again reinforced the previously held image of Rahul Gandhi among the people. But then again Rahul Gandhi's image went for a renewal and Rahul Gandhi left no stone unturned in changing his image from a Congress leader to a national leader but still he has not been able to completely efface the old bruise on him and is still considered by some as immature to lead the nation. The other problem that has been causing him troubles is his inexperience. He is still considered by many a tyro. Rahul Gandhi has not been able to prove himself and surely India is not going to vote for you because you are a scion of a family that has given India many remarkable leaders but is going to vote for a man who has been acknowledged as a worthy leader by the people themselves. Rahul Gandhi did not held any portfolio till now and that's why people doesn't recognize him as man of word. One more thing that is bad for his future is his own party. UPA-2 in the last years experience such a lot of corruption that people have just got fed up of it. UPA-2 laid out many schemes but couldn't work on the schemes because of corruption and famous movements like the one created by Anna Hazare also gave UPA-2 many shivers which have completely tarnished its image. Rahul Gandhi himself sat on Dharna some days ago and this made many people laugh at him because the whole corruption was done by the government, so what does sitting at Dharna mean. Rahul Gandhi's stance on international policies, economic policies are also not very much clear and that's why Rahul Gandhi needs a long way to go.

Next comes Mr. Arvind Kejriwal. Arvind Kejriwal is himself not clear about anything and indeed has a cupidity for publicity which far exceeds the desire to work for nation. Arvind Kejriwal first of all formed the government in Delhi by breaking all the promises he made to Delhiites. Then he didn't send any corrupt political leader to jail, didn't fulfill his incredible promises and left the people of Delhi after 49 days of drama in which he did nothing except teasing and exacerbating the anger of Delhiites. His own minister Somnath Bharti was alleged with very harsh charges and even the lieutenant government found him guilty of the charges but Arvind Kejriwal transcended all the limits to save his tainted ministers. Arvind Kejriwal first of all accused that judiciary was completely wrong in deciding the case of Somnath Bharti in which he was guilty of tampering evidence of a case which he handled as a lawyer, then Kejriwal as usual formed an internal committee in which nothing works but the decision of Kejriwal and after all this drama when even the lieutenant governor found him guilty, he accused lieutenant governor of being in collusion with Congress. Anyone who goes against Kejriwal is a corrupt person according to him. When media showed reports against him he said that media houses are corrupt. When media showed that Kejriwal has been playing politics of double standards by deceiving the people, then he threatened to send the media men in jails. The other thing is Kejriwal has no vision for nation. He couldn't run the government at Delhi so how could he imagine ruling the whole nation. Kejriwal has only one thing to say that he is going to give an untainted government. He is himself not aware of his economic, international and national policies and his untainted government is also not possible, we have seen that in Delhi.

Next comes Narendra Modi. Narendra Modi has an inexplicable wave in the whole nation which is hard to be countervailed by anyone. Narendra Modi is enjoying being the most popular leader in the whole nation and his mission 272+ is also feasible to a large extent as people have got fed up of corrupt governments and impossibly incredible promises and find in Narendra Modi a good leader who can provide the nation with a stable government. His good governance in Gujarat and his successful Gujarat Model is also very much appealing to the people of the nation. He has also been exonerated by all the allegation which were on him regarding the Godhra riots and SIT and Supreme Court, both have given him a clean chit.

What's more interesting in this election is that this election is going to be
                                ALL V/s Narendra Modi
as everyone is trying to stop him due to their own reasons.

Let's see who is made the leader of the nation this time.

Lets revise the chapter named "INDIA"

India is everything that a democratic nation aspires for. A multi-party election system where people can opt out different parties, people believing in democracy, good people participation in election and other procedures, a legitimate government and also the title of world's largest democracy. But still a question baffles me. Despite of having so much attributes why are we still lagging behind and being called a DEVELOPING COUNTRY and not a developed one and paradoxically a country like China where no such rights are granted to people is moving ahead of us day by day.

I believe that in India we are granted all the rights, we deserve, from right to live to right to food, information and education and that's a commendable thing. But think! Will these right mean anything to us if the inflation surges to record breaking height, if wages reach the nadir and economic growth dismay the whole nation, giving everyone a trepidation? These things would matter least if our farmers die because of bankruptcy, if poor continue to slide down the poverty line and the rich continue to become richer.

India's slow growth and almost stagnant economic growth is something which needs to be discussed and taken properly or we can't even imagine the consequences that will ensue due to our uninterested
and indifferent behaviour.

Lets first move on to corruption. Corruption is really a very loathsome malaise and nuisance that the whole nation is facing today. This problem has been hindering our progress for the last 66 years and no one has been able to eradicate it. Some who promised ended up to become a symbol of corruption.
According to a survey put up by Transparency International(TI) in 2013, India ranked 94th out of 177 countries surveyed. You might think that India would be better than authoritarian countries like China but almost unexpectedly China has ranked 80th in the Transparency International Corruption Index. China has not shown a good report but is much better than India in terms of corruption. India has moved ahead of China in doing to corruption and this definitely is something to be embarrassed of.

But one is same in both the nations. Denizens of both the nation complain of corruption very much. This is due to untamed bureaucracy and because of concentration of power in the hands of some top people  in the public sphere. According to The Economist, the 50 richest members of China's National People's Congress worth $94.7 billion, which is 60 times as much as the 50 richest members of the US Congress. India also displays some interest facts about corruption. In India, a clerk at Road Transport Office, Madhya Pradesh was caught with assets worth Rs. 7 Crore.

In terms of growth we are very much behind China. It's a hard nut to crack but we have to concede the fact. According to world bank, in the year 2012 the Gross Domestic Product of China was 8.227 Trillion USD while that of India was 1.842 trillion USD. By this we can easily conclude that China is definitely much ahead of us. There is such a huge difference between the GDPs of both that nation that the figures are a shameful thing for every Indian. And who doesn't know about China's fastest bullet train, world class infrastructure projects and well maintained army.

But in the above section we came to know that India and China are facing the same problems. Indians and Chinese are very much upset and vexed at corruption. Both are annoyed at the concentration of power in the hands of some top class people. So, why we saw such a huge difference in the GDPs of both the countries.

Here is the answer.

There is another one area after economy where China carries the day. In its 2014 ranking of Ease of Doing business the World Bank places India at a lowly 134th down and China ranks impressively at 16th place. Herein might hide the Chinese way to success and move ahead of India despite of having the same problems. Despite of being an authoritarian communist government, China has been excessively supporting the public sector firms and thereby helping it growth soar to a very high.

This is the point where India just moves out of the competition. Its a real  fact that we all need to examine in order to bring about a radical change in our pace of moving ahead. Its something hard to swallow that the country which nowadays is the most popular one among the foreign investors is not willing to support the businesses. The new government which is going to come to the center this time definitely needs to check this problem or it will also fall into the ditch of notoriety just like the contemporary one. India from now again needs to start the endeavor to get to the top and as there is a serious dearth of time now, we have to move a velocity faster than ever.

Today India has assets but India is not wanting to use them. First problem that India faces today is that India's trade barriers and red tapes. The most important thing to do now is to tame the bureaucrats and officials at grass root level who extort a large amount of money from the poor and middle class people. If we are ready to control the grass root level offices then we would clinch away a huge victory.

he other thing is we need to help our small scale industries. Our jute and cotton industries today need a lot of help today. In the 50s India and China both started with the almost same number of cotton producing units but today China leads as the world's biggest Cotton producer around the world.

The second thing is using the IT resource of India. India has a very huge legion of IT professionals who are not being taken into use for the welfare of people. Cities like Bangalore are filled with talented professionals but we definitely need to use them to get the best results. India can use its IT resources in order to make Indian offices complete digital offices. If we reduce the paperwork and turn those paperwork into digital work then, that would lead to expedition of the processes like transfer of files from one place to another, which is menace at the grassroot level and can lead to security of huge amount of confidential and vital reports.

Same thing applies for doctors and judges.

Today India needs more and more hospitals and in this area it definitely needs to allow foreign investment to a large amount and the money generated could be used to open new hospitals and equipping them with the best facilities and amenities.

Our judicial system is also a very big menace for all of us. A small case of pickpocketing needs 10 years to be settled and the convicted has to be in jail amid huge tormentation for 10 years just for pickpocketing a sum of Rs. 50 i.e. less than even one dollar. An innocent man has to be in jail for eights years on the allegations of being a terrorist and at last it is found out that the person is completely innocuous. The mental and physical tormentation inflicted on this man and his family is something to be decried to a very great extent while on the other hand politician and corrupt officials who are embroiled in a crime have so many cases of corruption against them but the order to send them to jails comes after 40-50 years. If such things continue then we could hardly progress.

The other thing is our police system. Police is there for our protection but today people fear the police officials. Most of the police officials are corrupt. But why? They are because they themselves don't get fund from the government. They have to take a dead body to hospital, run the police station, arrange for petrol for police cars on themselves and government doesn't give them anything.

If such things continue then the rights given to people are just a wastage of time. Rights matter a lot but them matter a lot more when people are given actual power with the rights. Today we need to identify the real potential of our country and then move ahead and revise the whole chapter again. The chapter named INDIA needs to be written in golden words once again and today we need a change. Let us not hope for that, let's work for one.

What a great drama???

Today the whole India is watching in-toto hustle-bustle among the politicians as the elections are very much near and now everybody has started doing what they were supported to do in the crucial five years bestowed on them. The whole mayhem present in the nation is amusing, entertaining as well as disgusting. Every politician is going from places to places to woo voters as their future is locked in the hands of the voters only. And especially in India, you watch a lot of drama.

Recently Former Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal went to Gujarat for the Lok Sabha Election. There he staged a lot of political drama. Arvind Kejriwal couldn’t bear this fact that he was out of the media headlines and gossips and therefore hatched out a plan in order to be flashed in the headlines. But he needed a good place where he could grab all the attention. So finally after mulling the topic over, Mr. Kejriwal jumped on the conclusion that what could be better than the motherland of his proclaimed and most popular antagonist Narendra Modi and sans any procrastination Mr. Kejriwal went to Gujarat to stage his famous protest over everything.

Although knowing that special Code of Conduct has been promulgated in the state by the Election Commission, Arvind Kejriwal still went there and decried Narendra Modi and when Kejriwal was detained by the police officers who told him that Code of Conduct has been promulgated, Mr. Kejriwal accused the Gujarat Police of functioning under the directions of Narendra Modi and with his crocodile cry and false claims said that he was arrested. He spoke such a great lie and befooled the whole nation on such a large platform. Is Kejriwal above law and order of any state? Kejriwal broke the Code of Conduct knowingly and staged the whole drama there. Afterwards the message was circulated to all the AAP workers and they were asked to congregate at BJP headquarters.  At BJP headquarters, led by politicians like Ashutosh,  Aam Admi Party workers pelted stones and resorted to complete violence and beaten many workers of the BJP and at last accused BJP of being violent. BJP workers who were just trying to save themselves from the attack of the AAP workers which was done on the command of Arvind Kejriwal to grab popularity among media, were called violent. Ashutosh, an acclaimed leader of AAP was snapped while he was climbing on the gate of the BJP headquarters to incite the mob and when he was caught in the camera, Ashutosh as well as his partymen averred that he was just trying to control the mob. Would anyone stand on the gate of the rival to pacify his own people? Such a clumsy statement can never work.
After all the drama, at last Arvind Kejriwal, very reluctantly regretted the action of the AAP workers by saying that AAP workers had done a small action of violence. I still could not apprehend the meaning of small action of violence. But how could Kejriwal stop here? He went on to ask Narendra Modi some question. But let me now ask Kejriwal some questions.

Mr. Kejriwal accused Modi of travelling in choppers being provided by heavy industrialists like Adani and Ambani but afterwards he himself comes into a private jet. Was that given in donation to AAP party or was that a private jet of an NGO? I gave such stupid and moron options above because I know that Kejriwal would opt out one of them only.

Afterwards Team Kejriwal went on to say that Narendra Modi’s claim of development are rubbish but I would request Mr. Kejriwal to first look at his own work. He could do nothing in Delhi and is now asking the nation to vote for such an unworthy leader. Is he considering the nation a bunch of fool? He orders his party men to take violent actions against BJP just because Arvind Kejriwal was stopped legitimately. Doesn't that prove that he is a complete anarchist?

Arvind Kejriwal made so many promises to the people of Delhi but fulfilled none. First of all he took support from Congress party, the party which it abhorred most. Kejriwal couldn't even be loyal to his children, what can he do for the nation. Afterwards he did nothing to ameliorate the condition of Delhi. He didn’t enforce any of the schemes that he had promised to promulgate and when his minister was embroiled in unlawful actions, he sat on a Dharna, asking the government to oust the honest officers who had stopped his minister from raiding the house of the African women. It also came out that the same minister also used to be an operator of an obscene website. But Kejriwal remained silent. If others are suspected corrupt then Kejriwal would go on a fast unto death in order to compel the authorities to set up a CBI probe against the person but if his party members are involved then he will set up an internal committee consisting of members of his own party, which are the puppets of Mr. Kejriwal.
The other thing to mention here is that Mr. Kejriwal vehemently denied the probability of any Delhi MLA of his party to fight the upcoming Lok Sabha election but Mr. Arvind Kejriwal who is an MLA and former Chief Minister of Delhi will fight the Lok Sabha election. Doesn’t that prove that Kejriwal is a complete dictator among his party, so how can he rule this great nation democratically?

Whenever Kejriwal is asked about anything then he responds that he would allocate the nation with an untainted government. But Mr. Kejriwal, you never talked about your foreign policies, your economic policies. Other countries would not tie up with India because of untainted government and if we talk about Mr. Kejriwal’s untainted government then we all have seen an exemplary of this in Delhi where most of his MLAs were embroiled in so many cases of corruption.

Modi has done a great work in Gujarat and that’s why he has been elected in the state for consecutive three terms but still Kejriwal wouldn’t acknowledge this fact because whole world’s honesty is there in his bank. God gave all the honest of this world to Kejriwal and his party and that’s why no one except the person wearing cap of AAP is honest. If people like Swami Vivekananda would have been alive and had rebutted to join AAP, Arvind Kejriwal would have called such a great soul a dishonest person.

One more thing is why Kejriwal is suing only Narendra Modi. He used to accuse Sheila Dixit and Robert Vadra before the elections and used to say that he has been having proof against them but after coming to power he said that if BJP has proof against Sheila Dixit, then give the proofs to Kejriwal and then he will act against people. This proves that Kejriwal’s accusations on other politicians were just a way to grab the vote and Mr. Kejriwal was completely wrong.

All this prove that Mr. Kejriwal has just great promises but not power to fulfill them and if he has the power to fulfill them then he definitely needs to prove it.

Why the Grand OLD Man failed???

One question is there that continues to baffle whole of the nation. The question is- How the Grand Old Man of India, Indian National Congress reached to such a horrendous state. How did a party with so many talented and shrewd people reached in such a deplorable state? Why the party with country’s strongest family is today abusing its present condition?

Some decades ago there was an opinion among the people of the nation that except Nehru- Gandhi family, no one is able to govern the nation. But this opinion today holds no ground among the intellectual people today. Today with the rising of so many leaders and receding of Congress in so many areas either due to corruption or the rising of new regional parties, the whole INC is facing a tough and intolerable competition which definitely takes a hard beating. Today Congress’ s biggest antagonist if Narendra Modi. Narendra Modi strong image among people and court’s decision exonerating him from the Godhra 2002 Case, have made the competition tougher for the lagging behind Congress. With Modi- Modi and Namo everywhere Congress has started watching nightmares. Something more that has added fuel to fire is the direct competition between Rahul Gandhi and Narendra Modi and if Narendra Modi gets accomplished in snatching away two consecutive terms from INC, then the political future of Rahul Gandhi would also be jeopardized.

Millions today has started loathing INC due to its corruption record. Corruption at different levels has left no stone unturned in discrediting the INC. With revelations of different scams like 2G, CWG and Coal Gate during the tenure of UPA-II have seriously injured the public opinion about the Indian National Congress and with the disclosure of suspected involvement of Prime Minister of India Dr.  Manmohan Singh in the Coal Gate scam has also exacerbated the whole problem. BJP’s Prime Minister candidate Narendra Modi has a clear and untainted image which can help the opposition very well to win the game and with his robust image as a good leader which has been formed on the basis of the development and growth being portrayed by Gujarat under his leadership has made Narendra Modi and BJP and much better option.

The other thing due to which people have got bored by this party is due to the Nehru-Gandhi surname being attached to the party. Some voters have been alienated from the party because they have got fed up of the fact that nothing can be done in the party without the permission of people from Nehru-Gandhi family and that’s why some people are just not ready to vote for the party. The rubber stamp image working of Dr. Manmohan Singh has also prodded and propped the above mentioned opinion in the minds of Indian voters. Opposition has also succeeded to a very great extent in piercing this opinion into the minds of young voters and has garnered a good support for them on this basis.
The next thing is the fragile economy which prevailed during the reign of UPA-II. During the UPA-II, the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) fell by a huge extent and inflation was also not very much behind to kill the Congress’s pro-progress image. Ills like inflation, price hikes of petrol, CNG, diesel, problems like inequality and unemployment also have a handsome share in the reasons behind the downfall of the Grand Old Man of India. With low economic growth during the tenure of UPA-II, many people have made their mind to vote for BJP. With huge economic growth in Gujarat, making Gujarat a lucrative and enticing place for business, has also contributed very much to the popularity of Narendra Modi who is known as a progress man in the whole nation due to extensive growth in Gujarat.

The other thing is image of Rahul Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi has started ameliorating his image now but still his fame is very low against his competitor Narendra Modi. Rahul Gandhi has not been able to make his image as tough leader. People are very much unhappy with him as he has not been able to make people believe that he is their leader. On some issue like Damini Gangrape, corruption during the Congress tenure, he was completely out of the scene, didn’t even came out to console the rage and resentment among the people of India. On the other hand Narendra Modi is quick and agile at such issues and connects with people through his speeches and can make good votes in the upcoming election.

States are definitely one of the most important parts of India. But Congress has no leaders in states. This is the main problem with INC and many regional parties have come up by getting advantage from the blunder committed by the Congress. Narasimha Rao was a great leader from the state and went on to become the Prime Minister too but today there is a lack of good state leaders in the Congress and due to this it has not been able to reach the grass root level. Today INC definitely needs more and more Raos.

Congress has given nation development but has also provided us with so many scams and bad things to mourn and that’s why today people are looking for better options. Now people have to decide the next thing.
